I help climate organizations discover their full potential.

Scaling climate organizations beyond their founding phase into enduring institutions.

WHO I WORK WITH

I work with climate tech startups and environmental nonprofits that are looking to scale their impact.

My clients are typically:

  • Early to growth-stage climate tech startups (pre-seed to Series B), particularly those developing hardware solutions or FOAK process and facilities

  • Small to mid-sized nonprofits ($500K - $5M annual budget) focused on climate science, environmental justice, and green workforce development

I partner with Founders, Executive Directors, and Operations and Finance Leaders who are fundraising, developing new product lines or programs, or establishing more efficient organizational systems.

APPROACH

Three core tenets guide my approach to helping climate organizations scale and bring their visions to life.

Possibility through experimentation

Uncertainty is an invitation to design and explore. I build the processes and culture that make exploration deliberate so teams can experiment, learn, and iterate with confidence.

Clarity through scalable operations

When the systems underneath the work are solid, leaders can think bigger and adapt quickly. I build operational infrastructure that creates space for strategic thinking and organizational resilience.

Confidence through financial rigor

Financial clarity is the foundation of bold decisions. When an organization understands finances, it can move with confidence. I build financial management practices that are honest about constraints and designed to expand what's possible over time.

EDUCATION

MBA, Haas School of Business, University of California Berkeley

BS Chemical Engineering, North Carolina State University

I started my career in corporate, building a foundation in operations, engineering, and energy. In these early roles, I had deeper questions beyond the scope of those traditional organizations. What if this process centered the people doing the work? What if teams had real autonomy to test their ideas? What if we led with compassion? I learned pretty quickly that wasn't the point.

I went to business school looking for a different kind of work and took an entrepreneurship course out of curiosity. I finally had a framework for the questions I had been asking. Innovation has a process — there are defined steps to build lasting organizations from ambitious ideas — and I already had the skills. I just hadn't known how to use them.

That awareness led me to working with climate founders who see connections others miss, people with the tenacity and insight to build toward something that doesn't exist yet. I saw the bridge between the practical foundation I'd built in corporate and what those organizations require to execute.

That’s what I bring to every organization I work with. The discipline and structure of corporate applied to the courage and imagination of early-stage climate work.

Let's find out what's possible.
